## Summary

The Nepalese government has introduced a traffic restriction on the Narayangadh-Kathmandu road section to mitigate congestion during the upcoming Dashain festival. Large cargo vehicles, including trailers, will be prohibited from operating on this route in an effort to ease passenger traffic, which is anticipated to be heavy during the festive period. The decision was reached at a meeting between relevant stakeholders and the Department of Transport Management.
