## Summary

The Nepalese government has launched a nationwide survey to document traditional resting platforms, known as chautaras, across the country. The Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation has initiated the process of compiling an inventory of these structures, which are an integral part of Nepal's cultural heritage. The effort aims to record and preserve the information about these resting platforms, which are often found in rural areas and serve as community gathering spaces.
