## Summary

The price of Himalayan goats, known as chyangra, has surged in Baglung as the Dashain festival approaches. Despite the increased cost, demand for the animals remains strong in the region, where they are a traditional festive delicacy. Chyangra have started arriving in the market from Mustang, marking the beginning of the Ghatasthapana season. Traders are reporting steady sales, with consumers showing little concern for the rising prices ahead of the upcoming festivities.
